Serious Sam è uno sparatutto arcade ad alta adrenalina fortemente concentrato sull'azione frenetica. In un mondo in cui il cyberpunk incontra la fantascienza e la tecnologia avanzata si mescola con la magia e i poteri neri, Sam viaggia attraverso quattro bellissimi mondi, contando innumerevoli nemici sulla sua strada per la base mentale.
